• As soon as your purchase is complete, your order will be imported for production. Please be aware that no changes to your order or mailing address can be made after the order is placed.
• If you have additional items in your order other than canvases, those items will ship separately from our studio. Canvases will ship from the printing facility directly to you.
• SHIPPING: Canvases will ship within 3-5 business days. Canvases come packaged securely in custom made shipping boxes, designed specifically to cradle your canvas and prevent damage during travel. Your order is shipped as each piece is completed, so it is possible that each item will ship separately. If you have multiple items on the order, they may ship in different boxes on different days.
• DETAILS: Your canvas will be printed using archival inks onto artist grade canvas that is hand stretched around real hardwood frames. Each canvas arrives with hanging hardware already attached so that it's ready to hang right out of the box.• We offer a one year guarantee on the quality of our canvas materials. If something happens to your canvas, you can contact us and we'll take care of it immediately. We will just need your name and your order number, and a picture of the problem.
